Cardio workouts for the week. I recommend going outside and taking advantage of this awesome weather.
Tuesday (Wed. for McKinney Ave)
1 minute slow
1 Minute Medium
1 minute Fast
10 set for 30 minutes and try going slow for 5-10 minutes for a cool down after that.
Stretch when finished

Thursday (Friday for McKinney Ave)
30-45 minutes at your medium pace. Try staying at one good pace for the entire time.
