Day 9 and 10

 

I have to apologize I missed last nights journal. Yesterday was a rough day. Its funny its seems Tuesdays are always a little more difficult.

 

Anyway, for today.

 

I made 2 not great food choices today. But I worked extra hard at boot camp tonight. It was an awesome class. I think this is the most I have sweated. Woohoo. I love the mix of cardio and strength training. I just have to remember to bend in my hips.  I think I got it right though cause my glutes and thighs are tired. He he almost sounds like a bucket of chicken. (or I am just getting tired)

 

I swear I already can tell I am getting stronger. When I go up my stairs at home I try to go 2 at a time.  My arms and thighs are beginning to get toned. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. 

 

The plan works. It does take commitment. But I can already tell it works.

 

I am curious to see what my measurements are on Friday, that will be 2 weeks. Wish me luck!

Monday Motivation!!!

 

I was glad for the break that boot camp provided tonight.  Sometimes it is just nice to follow directions and get lost in the workouts.  No decisions to make, no one needs anything from you.  Just you and the workout.  Mind you, the workout is tough.  But, you appreciate the challenge, you relish in it.  Quiet time.  Tonight I really noticed some strength in my workout.  That is really awesome. 

 

LOL.  I sound funny tonight. 

 

My eating went well and did well with the water.

Day #7 End of Week 1

 

Well, it’s bedtime Sunday.  :o) 

 

Pretty good day today.  I didn’t veer off the program too much.  My bad meal was 2.5 turkey Cheeseburgers no bun (you heard that right 2.5 turkey cheese patties LOL).   I almost forgot I did eat a Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie with that, well actually half of it.  I split it with my daughter.  :o(   I did get at last 80 oz of water in.  I also took the girls to the park twice.  We walked there both times and I chased after them a lot.  On the second trip I pulled them in the wagon which was a workout!!

 

I felt like I got a bunch accomplished today.  I can’t help but think I am more focused on the things I need to get done from this week. 

 

I am looking forward to class tomorrow.  I can’t wait to see my results from week 2.
