It also has grown from 1 morning class to 2 morning and 2 evening classes. So many people are still not sure if the <strong><span style="font-family:&quot;">Fitness boot camp</span></strong> is what they need to get in shape. <strong>Get You In Shape</strong> has started offering a <strong>Free Fitness Boot Camp</strong> class once a month to any and everyone who would like to come. </span></span></p>
<p style="line-height:14.25pt;"><span style="color:black;font-family:&quot;"><span style="font-size:small;">Many people are turned away by the term <strong>Boot Camp</strong>. The Free “preview allows” people to get to see what the class is all about, what <strong>exercises</strong> take place, and also meet the instructor/personal trainer/coach of the class. The <strong>Personal Trainer</strong> is many times the key to anyone getting and staying in shape. People have different tastes when they look for a good <strong>personal trainer</strong> that will help them reach their <strong>health and fitness goals </strong>and looking for<strong> weight loss</strong>. Some people like the Military style instructors yelling at them and making participant count their repetitions. Some people just want to know how to do it and with the group, can push themselves without someone yelling at them. When people think of <strong>Boot Camp</strong>, most people think a <strong>boot camp </strong>is just a military sergeant yelling and getting them to do <strong>exercises</strong><span>  </span>can hardly do or pushing them to the point where their fitness level is not ready for yet. If you are looking for that, sorry the <strong>Get You In Shape Boot Camp</strong> is NOT THAT. <strong>Fitness Guru</strong>, Brad Linder is the lead instructor and creator of the Get You In Shape Boot Camp. Brad is a former professional basketball player, has a master’s degree, and is a <strong>certified professional fitness trainer</strong>. Linder helps encourage and motivate each Boot Camp participant to reach their individual goals with his own style of personal training.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Consolas;">Man the double header boot camp yesterday was killer. That will teach me for missing a class. I loved it though. What an awesome workout. I am a little sore all over today. I weighed in this morning and I have officially lost 4 pounds. Isn&#8217;t that awesome!<span>  </span>We did a new ab/core work out last night crunch and lift the weight to one side then the next. I loved it and can feel it today. </span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Consolas;">My eating was not so awesome today. I know I am much more hungry when I work out. But I did get my water in. </span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Consolas;">Measuring tomorrow. I am still short one class so I have another double header. Crossing my fingers for good measurements. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;">I was very focused today.  My mood is up.  I spent almost all day spring cleaning.  I have 4 big black trash bags full of clothes and toys and stuff.  I am so excited.  Plus I cleaned the carpets.  I was sweating!  I swear I cleaned until 10 last night.  How do I accumulate so much stuff???!!!!!!!  It also amazing how 2 little people can make such a big mess so fast.  My eating went very well today and I drank soooooo much water.  My knee is a little more sore today.  I thought it would be much more sore than this.  So that’s a good thing.  Can’t wait for Monday!!<br />

I am nervous…  LOL , the pressure….  :o)  I will be finishing the cleanse tomorrow..  I ended up missing a couple of days so I had to make it up…  </span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Consolas;">I made 2 not great food choices today. But I worked extra hard at boot camp tonight. It was an awesome class. I think this is the most I have sweated. Woohoo. I love the mix of cardio and strength training. I just have to remember to bend in my hips.<span>  </span>I think I got it right though cause my glutes and thighs are tired. He he almost sounds like a bucket of chicken. (or I am just getting tired)</span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Consolas;">I swear I already can tell I am getting stronger. When I go up my stairs at home I try to go 2 at a time.<span>  </span>My arms and thighs are beginning to get toned. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.<span>  </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;"><span style="color:#000000;">I got to sleep in a little today.  :o)  Still a tiny but sore today.   I am already feeling stronger today.  First, thing I did today was weigh myself (even though I know you probably shouldn’t every day).  I was pleasantly surprised I lost another 1.6 pounds for a total of 2.6 since Monday.  (Beginning weight 168, today 165.4, I can’t believe I am posting that)  But even stranger, when I was on my way to my guitar lesson, I noticed my jeans were looser.  Mind you, I lost 45 pounds over 2 years ago. Sadly, I gained 30 pounds back this past Holiday season.  I have been trying to get the weight back off since the first of the year, but the scale didn’t budge.  I finally broke down and bought 3 pairs of jeans in a size 10 and I refused to buy more than that.  I have a closet full of size 6’s and I want to get back into them instead of buying a closet of 10’s (I got rid of my 10’s and 12’s when I lost the weight the first time).  UGH!  OK, so back to my story, so this morning I noticed my jeans were looser.  Well, when I got home from my guitar lesson I knew I wanted to do the cardio and Core workouts from the Getyouinshape DVD.  Well, I went to change into workout clothes and I pulled those size 10 jeans off without unbuttoning them.  WOW.  One week, that’s a BIG difference.  Size 6’s here I come.  :o)  NOW I AM CONVINCED THIS PROGRAM WORKS!!!</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;"><span style="color:#000000;">I did the <strong>cardio and Core</strong> section from <strong>Brad’s DVD</strong>.  I like the <strong>DVD</strong> almost as much as the class.  It has some <strong>different exercises</strong> than we have done in class.  I was sweating!!!  I also watched the <strong>nutrition and exercise</strong> section.  There are some good tips in there.  As I am typing this I am eating my after workout snack!</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;"><span style="color:#000000;">I have already had 64oz of water today.  My eating has been good.  I think this is how my food breaks down so far 3 servings of lean protein, 2.5 servings of fiber, 1 serving of cheese, 2 servings of fruits and veggies (I had eaten 4 times so far).  I need to work on finding more convenient food!!!  I am going to try and add meal replacement shakes I think.  I did have my third fiber drink this morning for my cleanse.  This will be my last one until day 8 through 10.  </span></span></p>

It’s Friday!  We all love Friday.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;">Class was great as usual tonight.  We worked a lot on legs and butt.  I expect to be feeling it tomorrow.  After class, I was talking to a <strong>boot camp</strong> member and we remarked how some of this class reminds us of Pilates.  Lots of <strong>core</strong> work, technique is critical, balance and all that good stuff.  I can already tell and feel a difference in my body in just 3 classes.  I swear, sometimes I think Brad just picks the cardio that we will feel silliest doing.  Just teasing, the cardio he picks is both fun and hard work.  Plus he does them in short bursts.  .  This is the best investment in MYSELF, I have made in awhile.  </span></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman">I ran my stairs today and ran around the neighborhood with the kids again.  I need to push myself more on my cardio days!  :o)</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">Man, am I sore today.  My core is feeling the burn&#8230;  LOVE IT!  2 classes down and 10 to go.  I can&#8217;t wait.  I am even looking forward to giving up my Friday evening to kick my tail at boot camp and am happy about it.   </font></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman">Much more sore today.  Woohoo!  I look at that as a positive.  Since I enjoyed Monday&#8217;s class so much and now I know I worked hard and that it is paying off.  </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">Class was great again tonight.  I like that it was different from Monday&#8217;s class.  We did the &#8220;fun ladder&#8221; for our cardio and it rocked.  Although, the hop and squats at the end very VERY tough.  This exercise also reminded me that I am not coordinated,  LOL.  Brad is ALL about form and technique, it amazes me that such a small movement can do so much good for a muscle.  Trust me I know I will feel this class tomorrow.  </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">I was so pumped after class tonight.  :o)</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">I decided to start the <strong>Herbal Cleanse</strong> tomorrow.  This is the start of the Nutrition Program of the plan. I am looking forward to the health benefits from the cleanse along with the boot camp benefits and healthy eating.  I can&#8217;t wait to see the difference in me in 4 weeks.  </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">The other piece of this program that has impressed me is how accessible Brad is.  He is a great motivator and he always takes the time to answer your questions completely.  </font></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';">Another benefit I am enjoying is being able to fall asleep much easier.  I have had a hard time falling asleep for years, and for the past 3 nights it has not been a problem.</span></p>
