So many people are still not sure if the <strong><span style="font-family:&quot;">Fitness boot camp</span></strong> is what they need to get in shape. <strong>Get You In Shape</strong> has started offering a <strong>Free Fitness Boot Camp</strong> class once a month to any and everyone who would like to come. </span></span></p>
<p style="line-height:14.25pt;"><span style="color:black;font-family:&quot;"><span style="font-size:small;">Many people are turned away by the term <strong>Boot Camp</strong>. The Free “preview allows” people to get to see what the class is all about, what <strong>exercises</strong> take place, and also meet the instructor/personal trainer/coach of the class. The <strong>Personal Trainer</strong> is many times the key to anyone getting and staying in shape. People have different tastes when they look for a good <strong>personal trainer</strong> that will help them reach their <strong>health and fitness goals </strong>and looking for<strong> weight loss</strong>. Some people like the Military style instructors yelling at them and making participant count their repetitions. Some people just want to know how to do it and with the group, can push themselves without someone yelling at them. When people think of <strong>Boot Camp</strong>, most people think a <strong>boot camp </strong>is just a military sergeant yelling and getting them to do <strong>exercises</strong><span>  </span>can hardly do or pushing them to the point where their fitness level is not ready for yet. If you are looking for that, sorry the <strong>Get You In Shape Boot Camp</strong> is NOT THAT. <strong>Fitness Guru</strong>, Brad Linder is the lead instructor and creator of the Get You In Shape Boot Camp. Brad is a former professional basketball player, has a master’s degree, and is a <strong>certified professional fitness trainer</strong>. Linder helps encourage and motivate each Boot Camp participant to reach their individual goals with his own style of personal training.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;">What a day.  I fell down the stairs this morning.  Maybe I should worn you.  I am so very terribly clumsy.  I feel like I fall or trip or something all the time.  But this time was not good.  My one leg went up behind me and my other went down the stairs.  The first thing I thought was about missing boot camp later.  After walking on it for a bit.  It only really hurts when I squat or move my knee sideways.  But I am sore.  I can’t wait for class Monday.  I will have to be careful about my knee though.  </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&quot;">I was very focused today.  My mood is up.  I spent almost all day spring cleaning.  I have 4 big black trash bags full of clothes and toys and stuff.  I am so excited.  Plus I cleaned the carpets.  I was sweating!  I swear I cleaned until 10 last night.  How do I accumulate so much stuff???!!!!!!!  It also amazing how 2 little people can make such a big mess so fast.  My eating went very well today and I drank soooooo much water.  My knee is a little more sore today.  I thought it would be much more sore than this.  So that’s a good thing.  Can’t wait for Monday!!<br />

I am nervous…  LOL , the pressure….  <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> )  I will be finishing the cleanse tomorrow..  I ended up missing a couple of days so I had to make it up…  </span></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman">I took my little girls to the park and ran around after them.  That&#8217;s exercise, trust me.  I also went up and down my stairs for cardio.  It seemed like an easy way to add some cardio.  <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> )</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman">Diet went well today.  Water not as well only 60 oz.  Need to do better tomorrow.  </font></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman">I can already tell a difference in my attitude.  I feel better because I am doing something for myself.  I think they this is what the say about endorphines releasing, or something.  I don&#8217;t really care what it is, I like it!!!!</font></p>

3 Months have come and gone for the Get You In Shape Boot Camp. I am amazed at how the participants  are following the whole program. I would have never guessed that a total of 42 people would have a total of 741 inches lost and a total of 203 pounds in just three short months. Our total of 100 pounds by the end of the year is in sight. The class continues to grow, so the goal may be broken.</p>
<p>The Get You In Shape Coppell Boot Camp is getting results. With people that are looking for a change, looking for a different workout, looking for a group that can push them, and looking to get results, the Boot Camp is working. I feel awesome and even though I never thought I would actually enjoy exercise, I am having fun during the process. <p>For a while there I kind of fighted being in the Personal Training business. Maybe it was I did not want to be labeles just a &#8220;personal trainer&#8221;. Once I got over the fact that I do much more than Personal Train clients my passion began to sink into each client. Hearing stories like Jorge losing 35 pounds and over 30 inches is what makes what I do work while. Know that I have had an impact on his life is what keeps me motivated to keep helping people. This is what make personal training and getting people in shape so fun. To hear the fruits of labor that is being poured out to each client. People don&#8217;t just need a trainer. I consider what I do the &#8220;total package&#8221; because you have to strike something within each person to help them reach for their goals. Motivation and encouragement is always going to be a struggle. Giving clients a whole bunch of tools that will help them is what I focus on. Over time, each person will use one or two tools to help them slowly get results. All added up, you look back at the end and see RESULTS. Fat Gone! Fat blasted away! Calories Blastes away! Meabolism burning! WEight Loss! Increased Energy! It all counts and adds up to feeling awesome about YOURSELF. Cheers to you getting off the couch and doing SOMETHING.</p>

Here&#8217;s how it works.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Are you ready to shake up your workout routine? Do you wish you could burn more calories without spending more time at the gym? Consider aerobic interval training. Once the domain of elite athletes, interval training has become a powerful tool for the average exerciser, too. </span><span style="font-size:12pt;color:#e85200;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">What is interval training?</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">It&#8217;s not as complicated as you might think. Interval training is simply alternating bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. </span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Take walking. If you&#8217;re in good shape, you might incorporate short bursts of jogging into your regular brisk walks. If you&#8217;re less fit, you might alternate leisurely walking with periods of faster walking. For example, if you&#8217;re walking outdoors, you could walk faster between certain mailboxes, trees or other landmarks. </span><span style="font-size:12pt;color:#e85200;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">What can interval training do for me?</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Whether you&#8217;re a novice exerciser or you&#8217;ve been exercising for years, interval training can help you jazz up your workout routine. Consider the benefits: </span><span><span>§<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';">  </span></span>You&#8217;ll burn more calories.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';"> The more vigorously you exercise, the more calories you&#8217;ll burn — even if you increase intensity for just a few minutes at a time. </span><span><span>§<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';">  </span></span>You&#8217;ll improve your aerobic capacity.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';"> As your cardiovascular fitness improves, you&#8217;ll be able to exercise longer or with more intensity. Imagine finishing your 60-minute walk in 45 minutes — or the additional calories you&#8217;ll burn by keeping up the pace for the full 60 minutes. </span><span><span>§<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';">  </span></span>You&#8217;ll keep boredom at bay.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';"> Turning up your intensity in short intervals can add variety to your exercise routine. </span><span><span>§<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';">  </span></span>You don&#8217;t need special equipment.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';"> You can simply modify your current routine. </span><span style="font-size:12pt;color:#e85200;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">How will my muscles respond to interval training?</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">During intense exercise, muscles produce waste products that can contribute to muscle soreness. Too many accumulated waste products can make exercise painful and exhausting. But by alternating bursts of intense exercise with easier intervals, you&#8217;ll help reduce the buildup of waste products in your muscles. The result is more comfortable exercise. </span><span style="font-size:12pt;color:#e85200;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Are the principles of interval training the same for everyone?</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Yes. But you can take interval training to many levels. &#8220;If you simply want to vary your exercise routine, you can determine the length and speed of each high-intensity interval based on how you feel that day,&#8221; says Tom Allison, Ph.D., an exercise physiologist at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn. This casual approach to interval training is known as fartlek, a Swedish term meaning &#8220;speed play.&#8221; </span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">After warming up, you might increase the intensity for 30 seconds and then resume your normal pace. The next burst of more intense activity may last two to three minutes. &#8220;The intervals can vary throughout your workout,&#8221; Dr. Allison says. &#8220;How much you pick up the pace, how often and for how long is up to you.&#8221; </span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">If you&#8217;re working toward a specific fitness goal, you may want to take a more scientific approach. A personal trainer or other expert can help you time the intensity and duration of your intervals — which may include movement patterns similar to those you&#8217;ll use during your sport or activity — based on your target heart rate, the ability of your heart and lungs to deliver oxygen to your muscles (peak oxygen intake) and other factors. </span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">&#8220;This type of interval training also adds variety to your workout, but it requires more discipline and concentration,&#8221; Dr. Allison says. &#8220;You&#8217;ll plan shorter periods of intense activity and shorter recovery periods.&#8221; </span><span style="font-size:12pt;color:#e85200;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Does interval training have risks?</span><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Interval training isn&#8217;t appropriate for everyone. If you have a chronic health condition or haven&#8217;t been exercising regularly, consult your doctor before trying any type of interval training. </span></p>
<p style="background:white;margin:0;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:#414141;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">Also keep the risk of overuse injury in mind. If you rush into a strenuous workout before your body is ready, you may hurt your muscles, tendons or bones. Instead, start slowly. Try just one or two higher intensity intervals during each workout at first. If you think you&#8217;re overdoing it, slow down. As your stamina improves, challenge yourself to vary the pace. You may be surprised by the results.  </span></p>
