January Boot Camp Information

Here is all the documents you will need for the January Boot Camp. If you do not have adobe, please email me and let me know that you do not have adobe and I will email you the word document.

 January Boot Camp General Information- This has basic information about the Boot Camp Program. Class times, where we meet, what you need, etc.

January Calendar- You will need this to put on your refridgerator. You can also make a copy to have with you at work so you know the schedule and times of all the classes.

Get You In Shape Program- This is ALL you need to read. It has everything you need to follow and tips you need to start doing to MAXIMIZE your weight loss results.

Workout Booklet- We give you two choices if you can not make class for any reason. This is one of them. The other is your Free Get You In Shape Fitness DVD.

Get You in Shape Fitness DVD Workouts – This is the second option to use if you can not make it to class. THere are 5 different segments on the dvd. Based on those segments I put together over 1,500 workouts.
Click HERE if you are just starting out. You will pick one work from the list and follow workout routine stated.
Click HERE if you would be classified as INTERMEDIATE. You will also pick a workout and follow that workout.
Click HERE if you more ADVANCED in your fitness level to pick a workout to do if you missed class.

Remember that for things to change WE must CHANGE!
