Day #7 End of Week 1

 

Well, it’s bedtime Sunday.  :o

 

Pretty good day today.  I didn’t veer off the program too much.  My bad meal was 2.5 turkey Cheeseburgers no bun (you heard that right 2.5 turkey cheese patties LOL).   I almost forgot I did eat a Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie with that, well actually half of it.  I split it with my daughter.  :o (   I did get at last 80 oz of water in.  I also took the girls to the park twice.  We walked there both times and I chased after them a lot.  On the second trip I pulled them in the wagon which was a workout!!

 

I felt like I got a bunch accomplished today.  I can’t help but think I am more focused on the things I need to get done from this week. 

 

I am looking forward to class tomorrow.  I can’t wait to see my results from week 2.
