Day #5
It’s Friday! We all love Friday.
It has been a long week at work this week. I have appreciated the outlet that boot camp has provided. I did well eating today, except I probably did not eat enough. I am eating another apple today to try and make up for it.
) I did keep up with my water today and made sure to drink my Peaches and Cream fiber drink this morning. I am still shocked at how yummy it is.
I am not as sore today. Which is to say, yes, I am still sore. Woohoo! Oh and I forgot to mention that as of this morning I lost 1 pound. Yeah, yeah, I know what you’re thinking, woah, 1 pound. But hey, you have to start somewhere.
Class was great as usual tonight. We worked a lot on legs and butt. I expect to be feeling it tomorrow. After class, I was talking to a boot camp member and we remarked how some of this class reminds us of Pilates. Lots of core work, technique is critical, balance and all that good stuff. I can already tell and feel a difference in my body in just 3 classes. I swear, sometimes I think Brad just picks the cardio that we will feel silliest doing. Just teasing, the cardio he picks is both fun and hard work. Plus he does them in short bursts. . This is the best investment in MYSELF, I have made in awhile.
Brad brought my Boot Camp DVD to class tonight and I can’t wait to use it tomorrow since we don’t have class until Monday. (wahhhhh!! L)
