Day #1      March 31, 2008

I am nervous and excited to start the boot camp program.  I have been trying to get motivation to get back in shape and loose weight.  I hope this class puts me on the right track. 

Class was great tonight.  I feel energized and can’t wait for the next class. 

I did well with my eating today and almost hit my 75 oz of water.  I love eating 3 meals and 3 snacks almost feels like I eat all day.
