
3 Months have come and gone for the Get You In Shape Boot Camp. I am amazed at how the participants are following the whole program. I would have never guessed that a total of 42 people would have a total of 741 inches lost and a total of 203 pounds in just three short months. Our total of 100 pounds by the end of the year is in sight. The class continues to grow, so the goal may be broken.
The Get You In Shape Coppell Boot Camp is getting results.
