This article really opened my eyes! I found it to be very informative and appreciate that someone took the time and effort into researching this product and alerting the consumers. Some folks, including myself have been guilty as charged of wanting results without the effort. Truth is, the only permanent and satisfying components to losing weight are diet, portions, and excersize. Thus creating more energy, kinetically in a way. I am 26 years old and never had a weight problem until two years ago! I have gained an astounding 40lbs! Before that, thin as a rail. The irony in this is that I could eat whatever I wanted, drink whatever I wanted then, but now I eat healthier than I ever have and I feel frumpier than ever at 175lbs. I'm sure that having my daughter in 2005 had something to do with it and using anti-depressants a year ago... I found myself on the downslope from then on out even though I don't use them anymore. Well back to the original point, I have been using Alli for a few months on and off. I really hate the side effects and my aunt-in-law told me that her mother died from colon cancer after using a lipase-inhibitor. I took that with a grain of salt because truthfully, there weren't many studies substantiating her theory. Now, I feel that my decision is confirmed. I'm going to pour these pills out! Thank you for this article!
