Some of you know I played basketball overseas after playing in college. After a few years off playing competetive basketball, I got back into playing in different basketball leagues and also the 3 on 3 NBA Hoop-it-Up. I have played in about 5-6 Hoop-it-Ups with pretty much the same group. Pat Krafka, Tim Cleveland, and Jason Hall all played at Texas A&M-Commerce a year before I went there to play and they stayed to finish there degrees. This allowed us to get to know each other and what started out playing together. This team has won 3 Hoop-it-Ups top gun titles in Austin. I one one Dallas hoop-it-Up with another team a few years ago but this team has never won the top gun in Dallas. the top gun is the top division. This is the top players in the tournament. We got to play in the Dallas Hoop-it-Up this weekend. We ended up winning the whole Top Gun tournament and it was a fun time to be able to compete a high level again.
