Free Fitness Boot Camp Sessions have started in the Dallas area

The Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Boot Camp has grown from 5 people in October to 42 people in April. It also has grown from 1 morning class to 2 morning and 2 evening classes. So many people are still not sure if the Fitness boot camp is what they need to get in shape. Get You In Shape has started offering a Free Fitness Boot Camp class once a month to any and everyone who would like to come.

Many people are turned away by the term Boot Camp. The Free “preview allows” people to get to see what the class is all about, what exercises take place, and also meet the instructor/personal trainer/coach of the class. The Personal Trainer is many times the key to anyone getting and staying in shape. People have different tastes when they look for a good personal trainer that will help them reach their health and fitness goals and looking for weight loss. Some people like the Military style instructors yelling at them and making participant count their repetitions. Some people just want to know how to do it and with the group, can push themselves without someone yelling at them. When people think of Boot Camp, most people think a boot camp is just a military sergeant yelling and getting them to do exercises  can hardly do or pushing them to the point where their fitness level is not ready for yet. If you are looking for that, sorry the Get You In Shape Boot Camp is NOT THAT. Fitness Guru, Brad Linder is the lead instructor and creator of the Get You In Shape Boot Camp. Brad is a former professional basketball player, has a master’s degree, and is a certified professional fitness trainer. Linder helps encourage and motivate each Boot Camp participant to reach their individual goals with his own style of personal training.

The Free “preview” Boot Camp Class just allows people to come and check the class out. Each person gets to meet Brad Linder, hear about the program, and also get a good 45 minute workout in.

Thursday April 17

 

Man the double header boot camp yesterday was killer. That will teach me for missing a class. I loved it though. What an awesome workout. I am a little sore all over today. I weighed in this morning and I have officially lost 4 pounds. Isn’t that awesome!  We did a new ab/core work out last night crunch and lift the weight to one side then the next. I loved it and can feel it today.

 

My eating was not so awesome today. I know I am much more hungry when I work out. But I did get my water in.

 

Measuring tomorrow. I am still short one class so I have another double header. Crossing my fingers for good measurements.

 

I can’t believe next week is the final week of class. I am shocked at the difference I can already see in me. Times sure flies when your having fun!

Day 11- Thursday

 

It was a good day today.  I got some cardio in today.  My eating went well.  I am feeling more energetic the past few days, woohoo…

Day 12 - Friday

 

What a day.  I fell down the stairs this morning.  Maybe I should worn you.  I am so very terribly clumsy.  I feel like I fall or trip or something all the time.  But this time was not good.  My one leg went up behind me and my other went down the stairs.  The first thing I thought was about missing boot camp later.  After walking on it for a bit.  It only really hurts when I squat or move my knee sideways.  But I am sore.  I can’t wait for class Monday.  I will have to be careful about my knee though. 

 

My eating was ok.  Not very proud of it so I think I will let this be my free meal day, instead of Sunday.  I will have to be measured tomorrow. I am curious to see what the difference is.  I am sad I missed class Friday and now I have to get measured.

Day 13Saturday

 

I was very focused today.  My mood is up.  I spent almost all day spring cleaning.  I have 4 big black trash bags full of clothes and toys and stuff.  I am so excited.  Plus I cleaned the carpets.  I was sweating!  I swear I cleaned until 10 last night.  How do I accumulate so much stuff???!!!!!!!  It also amazing how 2 little people can make such a big mess so fast.  My eating went very well today and I drank soooooo much water.  My knee is a little more sore today.  I thought it would be much more sore than this.  So that’s a good thing.  Can’t wait for Monday!!

Day 14 - Sunday

 

Good day today!  I ate every about 3 hours drinking my water and I still need to drink 2 more glasses.  Definitely doable!!  I plan on doing the boot camp tonight after the girls go to bed.  Trying to prepare for measuring tomorrow. I am nervous…  LOL , the pressure….  :o)  I will be finishing the cleanse tomorrow..  I ended up missing a couple of days so I had to make it up…
